Inspire Your Life FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this programme right for me?

This programme is for people who want to live more authentically, with greater self-compassion, confidence and alignment — without needing to justify who they are.
You don’t need to be “stuck” or in crisis; many participants simply sense there is more available to them and want support to live it responsibly and intentionally.

Do I need to share personal details in the group?

No. Sharing is always optional.
You are invited to reflect and participate in ways that feel comfortable and appropriate for you. Many people gain deep insight simply by listening, reflecting privately, and engaging with the materials.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No.
This is a personal growth and learning programme. It draws on evidence-informed practices, reflection and lived experience, but it does not replace therapy, counselling or medical support.

Is this a coaching programme?

No.
This is a structured group programme. It is not 1:1 coaching. There is guidance, teaching, reflection and shared learning, but no individual coaching or personalised plans unless arranged separately as a paid service (subject to availability).

How much time will I need each month?

Most people spend 3 to 4 hours per month in total, depending on how deeply they wish to engage.

The live participation sessions (x 8) and the live webinar sessions (x 4 ) are 1.5 hrs per month

Optional recorded webinars, short videos and workbook reflections you arrange at yiur own pace.

What kind of support is included?

Support is offered through:

  • live group sessions
  • thoughtfully designed workbooks
  • recorded teachings and calming practices
  • a clear, compassionate programme structure

Support is contained within the programme. Ongoing individual support outside sessions is not included. The programme is designed to strengthen your self-trust, inner resources and confidence.

Do you ever offer additional support?

This programme is not designed to provide individual support between sessions.
If you would like additional 1:1 time, this can be arranged separately as a paid option, and subject to availability. Clear boundaries are part of how the programme supports independence, self-trust and sustainability.

What if I miss a live session?

Live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up in your own time.
Many participants find value in watching the replay with the workbook prompts.

Is this programme spiritually or religiously based?

No.
The programme is inclusive and grounded in compassion, psychology, neuroscience and lived experience. People of all belief systems — or none — are welcome.

Is this about positive thinking or manifesting?

No.
This programme focuses on hope in action, not wishful thinking.
It supports realistic possibility-thinking, responsibility, self-compassion and practical habits that support change.

What if I’m not very confident or articulate?

You don’t need to be.
This programme is designed for real people — thoughtful, curious, imperfect humans. There is no expectation to perform, speak eloquently or “get it right.”

What kind of people usually join?

Participants are typically people aged 45–75 who are:

  • reflective and curious
  • ready to live more aligned with who they truly are
  • tired of outdated myths about ageing, worth or limitation
  • open to growth, without wanting hype or pressure

Will this help me make real changes, not just think differently?

Yes — gently and sustainably.
The programme combines reflection with habit-building, intention setting and practical application. Changes tend to be meaningful, realistic and lasting rather than forced.

As with anything in life you will get out of this what you put into it. If you commit to the process, you will see results.

What makes this programme different from others?

This programme:

  • balances authenticity with responsibility
  • builds self-trust rather than dependence
  • values compassion over pressure
  • integrates evidence, lived experience and story
  • offers strong support within clear, ethical boundaries

What if I decide it’s not for me?

You are always free to step back.
A full refund is available within 7 days of the first live programme if you are not satisfied with the content.  No refunds are available after this period as the programme will be underway with further content.

After this point, refunds are not available, as access to materials, recordings and the group space will have been provided, and group places cannot be reallocated.

Do you offer concessions or discounts?

This programme is already offered at a significantly reduced rate, and for this reason I’m not able to offer additional discounts, including for health or personal circumstances. I encourage you to join only if it feels financially comfortable and supportive for you to do so.

Do I need any prior experience with personal development?

No.
All practices are explained clearly and approached gently. Curiosity and willingness are enough.
